VW Golf 97, strange sound?

I drive the VW Gold Deco, and i have been experiencing a strange sound on the left front wheel, so i have changed the shock absorbers + suspension as well as the bearing and the disc but i still get this noise, the shock absorbers mountings look ok to me? plz help|||I bet the Tie Rod End Link for that wheel is worn out. When those things wear out, they tend to make all kinds of strange noises.
