I have lost the manual and i cant understand what it needs cos i changed all the break pads and the rings,changed the oil and filters including the shock absorbers.

sounds like you broke the low pad indicators when you changed your brake pads, when the pads are worn down enough it shorts out the little indicators which sit in the pad on one front and one rear shoe,
if the oil pressure light is on check the oil pressure switch on the head, they go bad or you really have no oil pressure,

disconnet the battery for an hour
If you have many llights on on the dash you may have a low voltage problem, if the system is not at the right voltage the lights on the dash can not go out. SOunds starnge trust me. Have the battery checked and the electrical system. Hopefully you are not replacing all of these things because the lights are on all at once.
